1-2 minutes 7-40 minutes
2-4 minutes 8-50 minutes
3-10 minutes 9-1 hour
4-15 minutes 10-1 hour 10 minutes

The 1 would be really fat lazy people the 10 would be the kind of person that does marathon runs every week.
